A few words about myself...I'll try.

Professionally, I deal with architecture design, which is what I try to show in photos as a hobby. Perpetuum mobile :-).​

I take the camera with me on outings with friends and try to catch a frame, ilusive moment.

That's the best thing about photography. Capturing the mood, reflecting the character of the building, city or place.

Due to my education, I try to approach architectural photography very carefully. I am interested in detail, framing and composition of objects. Does it work? I hope so sometimes.

It is different with landscape photography. Here, the most important thing is, in my opinion, sensitivity with a capital "S". You also need a little luck - to the weather and a lot of perseverance - to get up at the crack of dawn.

Why photography at all? Before the war my great-grandfather had a photographic studio in Wołomin and then in Warsaw's Praga district. Grandpa was a professional reporter photographer with the World Press Photo award. Mom graduated from photography technical school. I guess there was no escape from it :-).  Besides, I just like it.

What else do I like?

I play tennis. Once a bit professional, now a bit amateur.

I also go skiing and that's probably my greatest love...... books too, of course.
